If you’re on this page, I’m guessing you feel like you have tried everything under the sun to heal your acne, but nothing seems to work. I’ve been there. I struggled with acne for 15 years until I finally decided to take a different approach to my skin. And that may be just what you need too.
Beyond trying new products, adding or subtracting things from your diet, taking medications or supplements, changing your birth control… aside from all the things you do for acne, there is something else at play.
That something else is your mental and emotional well being, and that is where I start when I work with people. (Read here for more details on what I mean).
All that other stuff, the changes, adjustments, products, food, etc. will come into play, but until you can make those changes from a grounded place, you’ll likely stay in a cycle of breakouts and emotional frustration or exhaustion.
When you’re grounded, the body naturally finds balance, and you feel in tune with what is going on. So, if there is anything to do, it comes to you intuitively or you find yourself just naturally making changes. You find that either the acne clears on it’s own, or the steps to take and the changes to make will happen effortlessly.
It’s an entirely different way to approach healing your skin, and it makes all the difference.

We start with a conversation. I want to get to know you and what’s going on in your world. What does it specifically feel like for you to have acne? What’s frustrating about it? How does it affect your life? What are you not doing/being/having because it seems like your broken out skin won’t let you?
I then point you back to your innate mental and emotional well being so that you can see something new and powerful about yourself and your skin, and then a deeper kind of healing can take place.
